Prom night is this weekend. I have been saving money for 6 months to buy my dress. I’m blond with fair skin so I have to pick out a dress that won’t make me look too white. Mom paid for me to go to one of those spray on tans because she doesn’t trust tanning beds. I was afraid it would make me look orange but it doesn’t. They couldn’t put very much on me or it would have turned kinda orange they told me since I’m so fair skinned. Anyway, my dress is to die for. It’s such a baby blue that it almost looks white. It’s got spaghetti straps that are dark blue with dark blue lace over the top part of the dress which let’s the pale blue show through. There’s a long dark blue silk bow in the back that goes all the way to the floor since the dress is floor length. The bottom is full so I can dance my little heart out and not be confined by one of those skinny bottom type dresses. I gladly signed the ‘Prom Promise’ and made sure my boyfriend Ryan did too. I refuse to be in a car with someone drinking and driving. Anyway back to what I’m wearing. My shoes are dark blue open toed low heel shoes that are just too cute. I’m having my hair done up with little baby blue and dark blue tiny flowers in it and my nails will be a pale pink to show off my new tan (even if it is sprayed on).
